Why cupcakes?
Cupcakes are moist and tasty morsels of cake, covered with just the right amount of fluffy, sweet buttercream. No utensils are necessary to indulge in these tasty treats.
Cupcake displays are a great alternative for couple's looking for a non-traditional wedding dessert. Also, with our durable stands, you can have the best of both worlds by using the top tier to display your own cake. We've also used the top tier of the wedding cake stands to display flower arrangements to coordinate with the wedding theme.

Cake Ingredients
At Cupcakes by Dana, we make all of our cakes and cookies to order. That means we’re baking them when you order them – no frozen products here! We only use fresh ingredients, including natural butter, hormone-free milk, unbleached flour, aluminum-free baking soda, sugar and cage-free eggs! No artificial flavors are used!
This means our cakes not only look beautiful, but they also taste delicious!
Tastings
Our tastings are $30, and include a variety of cupcakes to sample. During the meeting, we will discuss the design of your cake, so please bring any pictures, invitations, etc, that may help us come up with something perfect for your event. If you should need to reschedule, or cancel, we ask that you contact us no later than 48 hours in advance.
Delivery
We are happy to deliver our cakes and cookies to the Greater Miami areas. Please contact us for delivery charges.
We regret that we cannot SHIP cakes, petit fours or cupcakes. We can, however ship cookies.
Flavors
Our cakes are made to order, so if you have a flavor in mind, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it for you! All of our flavors are natural – no artificial flavoring is used in any of our confections.
Ordering Information
We take orders either by phone or email. We would like as much lead-time as possible…but if you have a short notice order, ask us, and we will try to get it done for you! If possible, we ask that you give us at least 4 to 6 weeks notice on specialty cake orders.
Deposit
Any order requires a 50% deposit when ordering.

Cookies
We make custom cookies, perfect for party favors for weddings, showers, birthday parties and more. Our delicious shortbread cookies can be cut into many different shapes, hand decorated with fondant and royal icing, and wrapped in cellophane and a ribbon. Our cookie favors start at $5.00/each.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A deposit of 50% is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full at time of delivery or pickup. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is responsible for the remaining balance. Cupcakes by Dana will make every attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or denied delivery.
In the event of cancellation:
1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.
2. If a cancellation is received more than eight weeks prior to the promised delivery date, the aforementioned deposit will be refunded less $100 administrative fee.
3. If a cancellation is received less than eight weeks prior to the promised delivery date, the aforementioned deposit is forfeited.
